The St. Dimitrie Program is a mission of the Archdiocese of Vad, Feleac and Cluj in Romania. Mr. Floyd Frantz, of the St. Dimitrie Program, has recently visited St. Herman Seminary and has provided us with a base in which to launch Alcohol and Alcoholism awareness in the Diocese of Alaska.
